Commission staff regularly assist the Ozaukee County Transit System in its planning efforts, including completing the most recent short-range transit plan for the system in 2019.
At the request of Ozaukee County, the Commission prepared a short-range plan for public transit services in the County. It includes recommendations for transit service improvements for the Ozaukee County Transit System over the period 2019 to 2023.
The plan was guided by an Advisory Committee of representatives from the County, local municipalities, and interested business groups and nonprofit organizations.
