Data and Publications List of Publications A list of all of the reports, guides, and periodicals published by the Commission since it's inception in 1960 can be found at the "Publication Search" page. Economic profiles for 62 cities, villages, and towns, as well as each of the seven counties in the Region, are available for viewing and printing. The profiles were prepared through the cooperation of SEWRPC and the Regional Economic Partnership. Status of Elevation Data Memorandum (PDF) Description of the SEWRPC elevation data model and a report on the status of elevation data within the Region. The model is an integral component of the Region's unique control survey network and integrated mapping system. Model ordinances are intended to be used by counties, cities, villages, and towns within Southeastern Wisconsin as a point of departure and guide in the formulation of land division control, official map, and cluster development ordinances. Sanitary Sewer Service Area Plans A list of all local sanitary sewer service area plans adopted as part of the regional water quality management plan; a map showing the extent of adopted sewer service areas; and links to recently adopted sewer service area plans. Conservation subdivisions, sometimes referred to as cluster subdivisions or cluster developments, involve the grouping of homes on a portion of a development site and preserving the remainder of the parcel in open space. In comparison to conventional subdivision designs, conservation subdivisions afford a greater opportunity for maintaining the natural features of the parcel being developed. Summary of Technical Report No. 40, Rainfall Frequency in the Southeastern Wisconsin Region Technical Report No. 40 presents the most current rainfall depth-duration-frequency information for the seven-county Southeastern Wisconsin Region. The data are recommended by the Commission staff for use in stormwater management applications. A new recommended rainfall time distribution is available as of March 30, 2006. Report to Milwaukee County Executive detailing a Commission staff evaluation of the floodwater detention basin proposed by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD) as part of an overall plan to control flooding along the Menomonee River.
